OVERVIEW
Project Genesis was Optus’ large scale, single-source Managed Services outsourcing arrangement with Nokia for all mobile NOC, Field and OSS harmonisation services utilising a hybrid on-shore/off-shore operating model.
Amalgamotion was engaged to manage the Optus Transition and Operational Readiness Program.
