Gareth is the founder of Amalgamotion. His expertise includes partner management, organisational design and development, governance structures, strategic sourcing, cultural and operational transformation management, and managed services.

Gareth has held several executive and management roles and led and developed multiple businesses around the globe, played influential leadership roles in outsourcing deals, joint ventures and business transformations from both client and supplier perspectives.

Gareth’s has established himself and his business as the go-to experts in managing complex, multi-party relationships within the Information and telecommunications industry. Through a focus on shared values and goals and objectively ‘holding up the mirror’ to both clients and suppliers, Gareth has proven himself as a trusted, capable partner in delivering outcomes to clients.

Steven is an experienced Project and Program Director with a reputation for progressive and innovative thinking. He has delivered countless successful projects for major telecoms and broadcast clients and is adept at managing large teams.

A qualified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Steven also holds a TVOTC (Hons) from the North Sydney Film and Television College and has also received extensive professional management training.

Steven has proven himself as a capable General Manager, Project Manager, and Program Director with full P&L accountability in the Telecommunications and Broadcast industries. He is a driver of outcomes with a history of numerous highly successful program and project deliveries as well as project recoveries on behalf of 3rd parties.

Steve is a versatile Chartered Management Accountant, with 15 years post qualified experience, who demonstrates proven leadership, commercial, organisational and interpersonal skills. He has gained experience with leading multi-national corporations within the Telecommunications, Technology and Media sectors both in Europe and Australia.

Led a team of ten qualified accountants and analysts to deliver Financial Planning and Analysis and advisory services to the CFO of Vodafone UK.

Commercial lead for Vodafone Australia’s successful renewal of all of their spectrum assets with the Department of Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy.

Ex-CFO of Vodafone / Optus Joint Venture, responsible for the commercial relationship between the two parent organisations.

Negotiated expansion of Joint Venture from a 3G high band network to a multi technology, high and low spectrum band network over a significantly expanded geographical footprint.

Clint is a highly experienced Telecoms & Technology executive. His current role in the Senior Leadership Team involves working in projects as well as participating in building the Amalgamotion business.

Previously he enjoyed various senior global roles with Huawei, most recently based in Australia, as Huawei National IBC Program Director, with end-to-end responsibility for designing, deploying and commissioning commercial carrier network infrastructure.

With over 25 years’ technical management experience. He has led major network rollouts and have both a strategic and hands-on approach. working in Australia, UK, China, Denmark, Thailand, Sri Lanka, UAE and Mexico. He has strong Project/Program Management capabilities, excellent staff leadership & development skills and deep commercial instincts. He is a strong communicator, highly results oriented, with a pragmatic approach to problem
solving and a ‘can do’ attitude.

As a senior business executive, Deb has led business turnarounds, been involved in business start ups and have worked within a corporate centre to affect the changes required to align businesses with customer needs. Deb’s primary focus in all of these has been on achieving the businesses strategic objectives through transforming culture and developing people.
