The Tasmanian Government Radio Network (TasGRN) is a digital, whole-of-government Land Mobile Radio network designed to meet public safety standards for emergency service communications worldwide.

TasGRN provides essential features for mission-critical voice communication across various environments and emergency scenarios, including encryption, enhanced audio quality, location-based services, emergency/duress capability, and status messaging, all offered as a managed service.

Amalgamotion contributed vital expertise to the Telstra delivery team in business readiness and program management, ensuring both operational go-live and program closure were achieved. This was achieved successfully with TasGRN services being made available to critical end users in the field on-time and exceeding quality expected. Additionally practices and frameworks put in place by Amalgamotion continue to provide benefit and a culture of quality across all parties and users.
