To enhance service quality and effectiveness, Amalgamotion was engaged to oversee a seamless transition between key providers while ensuring the program delivered better outcomes for Optus customers.
Amalgamotion implemented a transition which encompassed:
- A full migration of Operations Support Systems (OSS) and Field Management tools, aligned with newly defined milestone acceptance criteria to maintain progress.
- The development and implementation of a cohesive operational model, integrated with organizational design for a streamlined transition.
- Comprehensive Discovery, Mobilisation, Integration, and Stabilisation services to support transformation.
By establishing a common, multi-party transition plan, Amalgamotion successfully:
