Amalgamotion Push-up Challenge

Mental health has been a focus for our organisation over the last 18 months, with many of us isolated from friends, colleagues and loved ones due to lockdowns and travel restrictions.

As of the 1st of June, Amalgamotion has been taking part in The Push-Up Challenge, Australia’s largest mental health and fitness initiative. By committing to do 3318 push-ups over 25 days, we are helping to shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide in 2019 and raise awareness on mental health – all whilst losing a few pounds, building some upper body strength and having a bit of competitive fun!

With 6 teams participating, we are proud to say that 10 days into the challenge we have already raised more than $4,000 to support Lifeline with the fantastic work they do in promoting mental health across Australia.

If you’d like to learn more about this great initiative have a look at the Push-up Challenge LinkedIn page or their website.

Please also help our teams out through donating to support this amazing cause!
